How long since your last eye test?

Regular aftercare appointments are important to ensure your eyes remain healthy and we can keep you up to date with any new advancements in contact lenses.

If you haven’t had an eye test within the last twelve months, or are new to the practice, please make an appointment for an eye test before you order contact lenses.

Reorder FAQs

How long does it take to arrive?
Once confirmed, most orders are ready for pickup or posted within a few business days, depending on stock and lens type.
Can I pick up in-store instead of having it posted?
Yes – just select “pick up in-store” on the form and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.

What if I want to change lens brand or type?
Select “No” for “same order as last time” and let us know what you’re after – or give us a call and we can talk it through.

Do I need a current prescription to reorder?
Yes. If it’s been over 12 months since your last check, we’ll need you to come in for an updated eye test before we can process the order.

I'm not sure what I usually order - can you check?
No problem – just fill in your details and select “same order as last time,” and we’ll pull up your records.
